MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage therapists treat clients by using touch to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. With their touch, therapists relieve pain, help heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of clients.

YOGA

Yoga is a connection of the mind, body and spirit. Our yoga class focuses on balance, flexibility and strength building through various yoga poses and breathing. It is also designed to promote holistic healing as participants release stress, tension and those things which no longer serve you. Our class is suitable for all levels. 

Yoga’s incorporation of meditation and breathing can help improve a person’s mental well-being. “Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; sharpens concentration.

PAINT & SIP

Paint and sip events combine a professionally-led painting class with a high-energy environment and a few drinks. Options4Life is  either BYOB or supply beverages. Wine is the most popular drink of choice, but many of our guests opt for beer, vegan wines or lemonade. Paint. Drink. Have Fun. As long as you do at least two of the three, you’re in good shape.

BODY PARTY

We specialize in high energy, easy-to-follow routines; providing a unique method to your cardio werkout. Empowering women and building confidence, Body Party Fitness is the ultimate experience!

PLANT-BASED COOKING CLASSES

In this course you will learn about how exciting plant-based cooking can be. We will help to arm you with the tools needed to live and eat a plant-strong diet — from basic knife skills, to basic nutrition, to learning about how to convert or substitute recipes. You will also learn how to begin integrating more plant-based ingredients into your daily life, both inside and outside of your own kitchen. This course will also teach you about steaming, sweating, sautéing, braising, how to make salads, how to cook grains and legumes and so much more. 

Oh yeah, did we mention that you will also get to cook a whole bunch of delicious dishes as well. With a growing obesity epidemic, concerns over how strongly various foods correlate to disease and general concerns over additives or modifications to our food, people are increasingly turning to plant-based foods to enable healthier lifestyles.
